Q: How do I install the Zinio App on my Kindle Fire or Fire HD?

A: To install the Zinio app, please follow the instructions below directly from your Kindle Fire

From the home screen of your device, put your finger on the top of the screen and ‘swipe’ down to see the Settings option. Press: Settings > Applications > Apps from Unknown Sources (allow installation of applications that are not from Appstore) > select “ON”.

· For Kindle HD users: Download now (just tap this link on your Kindle Fire HD)
· For Kindle users: Download now (just tap this link on your Kindle Fire)

To monitor your download put your finger on the top left corner of the screen and 'swipe' down to view your current download's progress. Once the download is complete, tap on the file and select "Install". Opening the app can either be done from the install page or by finding the Zinio icon on your Apps carousel under "Device".

Note: These instructions are ONLY for users on the Amazon Kindle Fire or Fire HD, this installer is not supported for any other device

Q: How do I read my magazines on the Kindle Fire?

A: Once you have the Zinio App installed on your device, just click on the magazine icon in the upper right hand corner and you will be given the option to sign in. To connect using your existing Zinio account, select the Zinio option and enter your email and password. After confirming your account, you'll be able to view and download your favorie magazines on your Kindle Fire. The arrow on the cover will be shown for all issues that have not yet been downloaded to the device.

Q: How do I remove issues when I am done reading?

A: To delete issues go to the magazine icon at the top of the app and select Manage Library, now tap the 'X' icon in the middle of the publication you want to delete, the downloaded publication will be deleted and the thumbnail moved to the "Removed" folder. Tap "Done" to return to your Library, if you need to restore an issue after deleting it, follow the same procedure but select "Restore" in the upper right hand corner of the library management page.

Q: How do I download my magazines for offline reading?

A: Issues in your library will appear slightly dimmed with a download arrow on the cover if they have not yet been downloaded, issues that do not display the arrow are on the device and can be read offline without an internet connection.

Q: Why are there magazines that I never ordered in my library?

A: When creating a new Zinio account or downloading the app on a new device, free samples may be automatically added to your library so that you can experience the best of what Zinio has to offer before spending any money with us. These free magaziness are yours to enjoy and you will never be asked to pay for them, if your not interested please feel free to remove them from your library.

Q: My magazine is downloading blank or certain pages are missing. How do I redownload it?

A: Whenever you have problems with a specific issue, it may need to be deleted and restored to complete the download. If the problem persists, please contact us with specific details by visiting zinio.com/help.

Q: Why does it keep telling me I need to download Adobe Flash Player?

A: If you are being asked to use Adobe Flash Player to view your magazines then you may be trying to view your magazines directly from the Zinio website. Please install the Zinio App for Kindle Fire and sign in using your email address and password to view your magazines.

Q: Why don't I see the magazine I am subscribed to? I received the email notification.

A1: If it seems like you're missing an issue in your library, or you can't find an issue you've purchased, please first make sure you're looking for it with the correct sort filter. If your still unable to see the issue, please visit www.zinio.com and click on READ to view your library. Do the libraries match between your devices? If so, the issue you are looking for may not be available on the device, please note that some older issues have not yet been converted for this platform.

A2: In some cases users may have mistakenly created multiple accounts under separate email addresses, please give us a call at 888 946 4666 so that we can combine your accounts.

Q: I want to store my magazine on an SD card. How can I change the location where my magazines are stored?

A: Zinio magazines are stored directly within the system files of the reader application itself, the files and folders cannot be relocated or opened outside the software, we apologize for the inconvenience. If you need to free up space on your device you can remove older issues from your library which can be restored in the future.

Q: Is there a limit to how many magazines I can have in my library?<

A: While there is no limit on the amount of magazines that you can have in your Zinio Account, there is a 500-issue display limit within the Zinio mobile apps. If you have over 500 entitlements and are having trouble finding some issues in your mobile reader, please visit to archive issues that you aren't currently reading.

Q: Why don't I see the magazine I am subscribed to? I received the email notification.

A: Any magazine that you've had delivered through Zinio will remain in your Zinio account permanently, you can view these magazines anytime you would like and it can be downloaded as many times as you would like. There are no expiration dates on magazines that you're entitled to and access to delivered issues will not be cut off even if you chose not to renew your subscription.
