To read a magazine, you must first download the files to your iPhone or iPod touch. The download icon is shown next to issues that haven’t yet been downloaded. When you select one, you can preview the magazine as the pages load.
Magazine files can be quite large, which means they could take a very long time to download over a cellular network. To make sure you download the files quickly and without errors, you need to be connected to the Internet via a Wi-Fi network.

If you have an existing Zinio library you may notice that not all of your publications show up in the Zinio iPhone application. This is because we are still in the process of translating the thousands of titles in our library to the iPhone. Where we have titles on the iPhone, only the latest issues are currently available Zinio is working diligently to make all titles and past issues viewable as well.
You can delete magazine files from your iPhone or iPod touch to free up memory. You will still be entitled to the issue, and it will be marked as available for download in your library. From the My Library list screen, tap the “edit button”. Select the magazines you’d like deleted, then tap the “delete” button at the bottom of the screen.
Using the “Date|Title” toggle at the top of the page, you can reorder the list of your publications so they are grouped by month published or by the title of the magazine.
Tap the “Shop” tab at the bottom of the screen to see a full list of titles available for the iPhone. From here, you can purchase a single issue or an annual subscription using your credit card.

Once you have selected a magazine, you can page forward or backwards by tapping the forward or back arrows on the bottom right of the screen. You can also flick between pages.
You can zoom into a page a number of ways. Double tap a region to zoom quickly to 2x. Reverse pinch for fine-tuned zooming in. Pinch to zoom out and drag to pan around the page. Zooming doesn’t work until the page fully loads – so wait until the spinning progress wheel on the page is finished before diving in.
For select articles and content we’ve extracted the text so it is more legible and resizable. To see the text view, tap on the button in the center of the bottom of the screen. Click on the icon again to return to se the page layout. You can always zoom into the text of the magazine by tapping and pinching.
You can see two pages of a spread at a time at full screen by rotating your iPhone or iPod touch into landscape orientation. Rotate your phone back for portrait viewing.
The icon at the bottom left of the screen opens the table of contents. Click on any article to jump to the text version of the page. From there, you can see the graphic version of the page by tapping on the button in the center of the bottom of the screen. You can close the table of contents without jumping to another page by taping the close button at the top of the page.
Tap on the “grid view” button on the right of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen – you can quickly scroll up and down 4 pages of the magazine at a time. Tap on a page to view it at full page.
We don’t extract the text from ads and some editorial pages. The button is only displayed on pages that have a text version.
If you are reading a magazine, go back to your library by tapping the ‘Library” button at the top left of the screen. Tap the “Shop” tab at the bottom of the screen to see a full list of titles available for the iPhone. Click on a title to purchase the current issue or an annual subscription using your credit card.
On your browser, go to www.zinio.com and login. You can choose from our full library of thousands of titles. However, not all titles are available on the iPhone.
Tap on the "More" tab then tap the "Logout" option. Tapping the "Logout" button on that screen will log you out.
On the sign in screen, there is a button on the bottom left of the page that loads the "Forgot Passoword" page. Alternately, navigate to www.zinio.com in your web browser and click on the log in link, then click on the "Forgot Password" link on that page. Enter your email in the appropriate field and click submit. We'll send yo a new password to your email address.
No. If you want to access a second account, logout the re-login with that email and password and tap "Submit".
Tap on the "More" tab then tap the "Change Password" option. Fill out your old and new passwords respectively.
